FAQ · Working with me
How projects run, what they cost, which platforms I build on, and what happens after launch. If your question isn’t here, ask me directly. You’ll get a reply from me, not a sales team.
01 · Working together
From the first message to launch day: timelines, pricing and who owns what.
You work directly with the person who designs, builds, hosts and optimises your website. There are no hand-offs between agencies, so decisions are faster and one person is accountable from first sketch to uptime.
Send a short message about your business, what the site needs to do and your timeline. We’ll have a call to agree goals, pages and features, then I send a written scope with a fixed price and schedule. Work starts once the scope is approved.
A landing page usually takes one to two weeks. A business website takes three to six weeks, and an e-commerce store or bilingual site four to eight weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback come back.
It depends on the number of pages, languages, features and integrations. After the first call you get a fixed quote for the agreed scope, so there are no hourly surprises. Hosting and care plans are priced separately and are optional.
Yes. I build and maintain sites for advertising and media agencies under their brand, from design hand-off to hosting, and I’m happy to sign an NDA.
You do. The domain, hosting account, content, designs and admin access are yours. If you ever move to someone else, you get everything you need to take the site with you.
02 · Platforms & builds
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, bilingual sites and fixing what’s already there.
WordPress with Elementor Pro, WooCommerce and Shopify, with custom PHP, JavaScript and Liquid where a project needs it, plus integrations with CRMs, WhatsApp, Odoo and Zapier.
Shopify suits stores that want a managed platform and simple day-to-day running. WooCommerce suits stores that need custom features, full control over hosting, or tight integration with an existing WordPress site. I’ll recommend one based on your products, budget and team.
Yes. English and Arabic (RTL) layouts are planned together so navigation, typography and content feel native in both languages.
Yes. I migrate sites between hosts with minimal downtime, recover hacked or broken websites, clean up malware and redesign sites on a cleaner foundation while protecting existing rankings.
Yes. Sites are built in Elementor or Shopify so you can edit text, images, products and pages yourself. Every handover includes a short walkthrough of how to make everyday changes.
03 · Hosting, SEO & care
Servers, speed, search rankings, security and keeping everything up to date.
Yes. I set up and manage VPS, Cloudways and cPanel hosting, including DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, caching, verified backups and monitoring.
I handle technical SEO: site structure, speed and Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, GA4 and Search Console, so Google can find, understand and rank your website in Dubai and the UAE.
Speed is planned from the start: optimised images, lean page builds, caching and a CDN. The aim is a site that loads quickly on mobile networks and passes Google’s Core Web Vitals.
Hardened logins, a firewall, malware scanning, timely updates and off-site backups that are tested, not just scheduled. If something goes wrong, the site can be restored quickly.
Yes. Care plans cover updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security checks and a set amount of content changes each month, so the site keeps running smoothly without you having to think about it.
Ask anything about your project and I’ll reply within one working day.
